Amazing car rental service! Really excellent customer service, provided everything we needed and accommodated all our needs! Would 100% recommend to anyone coming to Dubai. Lovely experience.

Updated: August 17th, 2020 I can't emphasis more than enough that this company is by far the best rental company ever. I rented a 2020 Porsche 911 Carrera S for 5 days on this trip and it was brand new and a great drive. The people have always been very very helpful. From the drop off to the pick up it went very smoothly. Fazal in particular was amazing and very respectful. The whole team is very helpful and great. Will be back in another month to rent from them again. I highly recommend them. 100/100!!!!!! This is one of the best every rental car company out in Dubai for luxury cars. I was given the exact car I had asked for within two hours of landing. The gave me the best rate available and even reduced it down more when I mentioned it was my birthday! Hands down will only use them whenever I need a rental car in Dubai !

I rented a car from an organization Uptown Rent A Car. R10, Empire Heights, Business Bay, Dubai, +97158 687 7777. +97158 687 7777. Unfortunately, on that day I got into an accident that was not my fault (there is a police conclusion that I am not guilty). The representative of this company said that I have to pay 20,000 dirhams while the car is being repaired. I said that I didn’t have that kind of money, then the representative of the rental company began to intimidate me - if I don’t pay the money, they would start a case on me and I would not be able to leave the country for a long time. I was very scared and gave all the money I had so that I could return home. I strongly advise against using the services of this company

I would avoid renting from these guys again. I'm a good customer and they tell me I get good rates. Got car for same rate advertised then they charge an extra 1500dhms for 75kms. Even the staff said we know it's too expensive. The car was all scratched up and marked too. I won't be going back. There are much much cheaper options in Dubai for cars than these guys, you just have to look. Take my advice and avoid renting from here. Update. Was constantly harassed on Whatsapp by a company representative to delete my review and offered a very tiny amount of the money they unfairly charged me in the first place. But I can't allow other customers to be stung like they did to me. As I said, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS AND USE ANOTHER RENTAL COMPANY.

What an awesome experience! We rented a Ferrari F8. When they ran into to snag with providing the car for our rental period they went ABOVE AND BEYOND and promptly provided us with a replacement until it could be worked out. The end result was us being able to have a Lamborghini for half the rental period and the Ferrari for the second half of the re rental period. They even extended the rental period by several hours to make up for the mixup. Cars were awesome. Service was awesome. Highly recommend this company!! They are a super professional company and so accommodating. Avdesh was so great to work with. Seriously this was so much fun!!!
